Daily Calcs is an independent project built by a developer who got tired of calculator sites cluttered with ads, paywalled results, and estimates that ignore where you actually live. Every tool here is free, accurate, and built to stay that way.
What we stand for
Free, without intrusive ads
DailyCalcs is free to use. We do not run intrusive display ads. In the future, some pages may include affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through those links, at no extra cost to you.
No signup required
You shouldn't need an account to run a mortgage estimate or check a BMI. Every calculator works instantly, no email, no account.
Transparent math
Every result comes with the formula behind it. You should be able to verify the numbers yourself - we make that easy.
Location-aware where it matters
A mortgage in Austin isn't the same as one in Seattle. Where standard tools use national averages, we use local data.
Actively maintained
Tax brackets change. Rate assumptions shift. We review calculators regularly so the numbers stay current and reliable.

Our methodology
Calculators use standard formulas and documented assumptions where the topic requires them. For finance, health, pet-age, and developer tools, we make the inputs and methodology visible so you can understand how each result is produced.
For location-aware tools like the mortgage calculator, we source property tax rates and local cost data from public records and update them periodically. We note the source and last-reviewed date on each calculator.
